Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, appeared to criticize Joe Rogan and his guests after comments about her on the latest episode of the Joe Rogan Experience.
Rogan was joined by stand-up comedians Shane Gillis, Mark Nomand and Ari Shaffir on the JRE, released Thursday.
During the podcast, two-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes was brought up before Gillis went on to mention his brother, Jackson, and Brittany.
Both have received criticism online for obnoxious and outlandish behavior at Chiefs games in recent seasons.
‘You know what I like, though, I came around on Jackson Mahomes,’ Gillis said.

‘I’m a fan. [Patrick’s] brother that does TikToks and his annoying wife that screams — everyone hates on them and it actually makes me happy.’
‘Patrick Mahomes has a wife that’s just wild, her and his brother… and Patrick, obviously he’s the man, and then he’s got a crazy wife and a brother up in the box, doing all this s–t.’
A video then played of Brittany Mahomes celebrating a series of Chiefs victories – one of which came from Kansas City’s AFC Championship win vs. Cincinnati.
‘Woah, Jesus,’ Rogan said. Before joking ‘Problem is, they keep that same energy when you get divorced. They come after you. They come after you with that same energy.’
‘Who gets more fired up than football fans?’ Rogan then asked, before one of his guests replied ‘I’d say Proud Boys.’
Mrs. Mahomes didn’t take too kindly to the comments by Gillis and Rogan, tweeting Sunday, ‘Actually grown ass men hating on women in general is pathetic.’
In February of 2021, former NFL player and FOX Sports radio host Rich Ohrnberger reported Mahomes had discussed the antics on display by both of them during the ’21 NFL season.
‘I’ve been been told, Patrick Mahomes had a sit down following the season with his brother and fiancé,’ he tweeted at the time.
Mahomes seemingly denied this by tweeting out: ‘Y’all just be making stuff up these days.’
