The former collegiate received income between 2001 and 2017 through two companies, Nisdal SCP and Dasnil 95, according to documents published by infoLibre
The former vice president of the referees received 100,569 euros in June 2015 for “recording matches of Spanish teams in European competitions”
the papers of Football Leaksthe investigation that uncovered the dirtiest face of football, detail all the payments made by the FC Barcelona to the former vice president of Technical Committee of Referees (CTA) Enríquez Negreiraas well as the former Barcelona manager Joseph Contrerasas revealed today by ‘Infolibre’.
Football Leaks shed light on an endless number of tax frauds for which Cristiano Ronaldo, Leo Messi and Jose Mourinho, among others, have been convicted. Now they discover in great detail the documentation that the Barça club had regarding the money paid to the former collegiate.
Barça paid Enríquez Negreira by billing with two companies of the ex-referee: Nidsal SCP (Private Civil Society) and Dasnil 95 SL. But also at the focus of the investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office are the club’s payments to Javier Enríquez Romero, son of the former referee, through a third company, Soccercam SL.
The prosecution He considers that the payments to the son were made through Tresep 2014 SL, a company linked to Josep Contreras, a Barça manager who died last December. As his intermediary, Contreras charged commissions of up to 50% of the amounts paid to Javier Enriquez.
The Prosecutor’s Office investigates the payments from 2016 to 2018 because it suspects that there was no real consideration behind them. However, according to the documentation revealed by Football Leaks, the club had begun in 2001 to remunerate the ex-referee for technical advice of which, for the moment, neither the Tax Agency nor the prosecutor has found evidence, and which lasted until 2017, a long period in which four Barça presidents intervened.
paralyzed invoice
As revealed by Infolibre, in November 2016, the executive director of the club, Óscar Grauorders to stop the payment of an invoice to Tresep 2014 until he speaks with Albert Soler, then director of Professional Sports. A few days later, Pancho Schröderthe financial director, asks the head of administration, “for OG [Óscar Grau]& rdquor ;, a history of the club’s payments to both Nisdal and Dasnil and Tresep. All three companies at the same time.
In the Excel that is sent to you, the list of all the payments made to the Enríquez Negreira companies from 2001 to 2017 appears. By months and by seasons, without VAT and with VAT. In another Excel, the payments to Tresep from 2014 to 2017 appear. Dasnil 95 was created in 1995 and was the first with which Enríquez Negreira invoiced Barça: 135,227.74 euros, 163,625.56 euros if 21% VAT is added . In the three following seasons, the club did not invoice anything.
The first disbursement to Enríquez Negreira was made, then, with Joan Gaspart as president, who did not continue to pay him. When Joan Laporta held that position, in 2003, he did not pay him until the 2005-2006 season, when he began to collect Nilsad, the former referee’s private civil society. Laporta presided over the club until 2010. That year Sandro Rosell succeeded him. Enríquez Negreira continued billing Barça through Nilsad until the 2015-2016 season, already with Bartomeu, when he used Dasnil 95 again.
Nisdal’s receipts between the 2005-2006 season and the 2014-2015 season total 4.37 million euros. In the next one, invoice half of the Nisdal exercise and half of the Dasnil 95, a total of 521,613 euros. In the 2016-2017 season, Dasnil 95 receives 157,528 euros. If 21% VAT is added to these figures, the total amount received by Enríquez Negreira amounts to 6.2 million euros since 2001. And without counting the 2017-2018 season, when the former referee left the vice president of the CTA and the club stopped paying him for his technical advice.
Peak of 729,000 euros
Enríquez Negreira began to collect amounts below 200,000 euros in 2001 and 2005, but his fees grew over time, almost reaching 729,000 euros in the 2013-2014 season, with Rosell at the helm of the club. In the previous one they reached 722,460 euros. Since the 2009-2010 season they have always been above half a million. The payments were monthly, normally between 40,000 and 50,000 euros, except those that closed each season, in June, when that amount doubled or even tripled, up to 125,000 or 145,000 euros. These larger payments were also made in the invoices for the months of December in some years.
